HOW TO GENERATE AN SSL CERTIFICATE CSR IN CITRIX ACCESS GATEWAY
1. Once in the Citrix Access Gateway CSR, Select the Administration Tool. Click the Access Gateway Cluster menu and view the window.
2. Then, within the Certificate Signing Request menu, type in your company’s information where needed. Be sure to note that the Access Gateway FQDN box should be your domain name that is fully qualified and will be used to communicate with your server externally. If requesting it for a WildCard be sure to include a “ * “ before the domain.
3. You will also be prompted to create a password for your private key.
4. Next, Select Generate Request. Your CSR file is saved to your account as a text file, and this will need to be referenced later to process your order.
5. Lastly, you are free to install your SSL Certificate after you receive it from DigiCert.
