INSTALL SSL CERTIFICATE ON CITRIX ACCESS GATEWAY 5.0


CREATE A CSR ON CITRIX ACCESS GATEWAY 5.0
1. First, you should have received an e-mail with the SSL certificate. You will copy this certificate file to a text editor. Be sure to include BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE including dashes.

2. Second, format and save the file as SSL.pem.

3. Next, locate the Access Gateway Management Console and Select Certificates.

4. Select the Import option to the right of the screen, and choose a server (.pem) to import a CA-signed root certificate.

5. Then, Click “Select file to upload” and find the SSL.pem file and open it.

INSTALL INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE


1. Locate and download the intermediate certificate. Then, save it as a text file as a intermediate.pem file.

2. Next, within the Access Gateway Management Console select Certificates.

3. Then, Select Import and choose Trusted (.pem) file.

4. Lastly, within “Select file Upload” locate the intermediate.pem file and Select Open.

LINK INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE TO SSL SERVER CERTIFICATE


1. Now that you have successfully installed the two certificates, it is now time to combine the intermediate certificate to the server certificate.

2. Then, locate and Select Certificates within the Access Gateway Management Console.

3. Next, Click the server certificate and link it with the intermediate certificate.

4. Select “Add to Chain.”

5. There will be a window that prompts you to choose a certificate, and Select ADD.

6. Lastly, when you are done creating the chain of certificates select Close.
