GENERATE CERTIFICATE SIGNING REQUEST FOR F5 BIG IP
        
        SSL/TLS CERTIFICATE F5 BIG IP INSTALLATION
        
        
        
        
            1. First, access your F5 BIG-IP web GUI.
        
        
        
            2. Second, locate the Main tab and select Local Traffic.
        
        
        
            3. Next, Select SSL Certificates.  Then, a list of certificates will appear.
        
        
        
            4. At the top right of the screen, Select Create.
        
        
        
            5. Next, create a name for your certificate beneath General Properties.  This name will be used later.
        
        
        
            6. Then, locate the Certificate Properties option and fill in the required information:
        
        
        
            	ISSUER: This is the authority that is creating the certificate.
        
        
        
            	COMMON NAME: This is your fully qualified domain name.
        
        
        
            	DIVISION: This is the name of the specific department within your organization.
        
        
        
            	ORGANIZATION: This is the name of your organization, that is legally registered.
        
        
        
           	LOCATION: This is the State, Country, and City where your organization is based.
        
        
        
            	ADDRESS: This is your email address where you can be contacted.
        
        
        
            	CHALLENGE PASSWORD, CONFIRM PASSWORD: This is the password you created, and confirm it.
        
        
        
            	KEY PROPERTIES: Choose 2048 bits.
        
        
        
            	7.  Then, Select Finished.
        
        
        
            	8.  The CSR will now appear on the screen.  Copy everything in the text box to a file or download the Request File to save the CSR.
        
        
        
        
        
            	9.  Then, choose Finished.
