GENERATE CSR USING PLESK SERVER ADMINISTRATOR 12
1. First, access your Plesk Panel by logging in.
2. Next, Select the Website and Domains menu and choose your domain.
3. Select Secure Your Sites.
4. Then, choose the SSL Certificate you created when you made your CSR.
5. Next, you need to find Upload Certificate Files option. Then, Select Browse to upload your certificate and your CA bundle files. When the files are selected, choose Send Files.
6. There is another way to do the same thing you just did. You can also copy and paste the entire certificate and the CA bundle into the text boxes as shown below, and Select Send Text.
7. Now, go back to the Websites and Domains menu and Select Hosting Settings located by your domain.
8. Then, find the Security option and choose your certificate from the list, and be sure that SSL Support is active/selected.
9. Next, Select OK to save it.
TIP: Make sure your server is running Apache instead of Linux. If you have Windows, stop and start the IIS service. If you do not know what server you are running, be sure to call support.
PLESK WITH APACHE WEB SERVER:
1. Select Server.
2. Choose Service Management.
3. Under the web server select the green button. Then, you must stop and start it. Simply restarting it will not be sufficient.
PLESK WITH WINDOWS IIS WEB SERVER:
1. Select Settings listed beneath the Main Menu.
2. Next, choose IIS Application Pool beneath Applications.
3. Select Recycle.
